Historically El Paso Del Norte, or ‘The Pass of the North,’ served as a stop for travelers at an intersection of three states and two countries. The city has always been a place where cultures and languages met, and today it is host to the largest bilingual, binational work force in the Western Hemisphere.

That rich history still informs the city’s infrastructure: when you’re there it’s impossible not to feel Spain’s lingering influence, and the buildings harken to a simpler, more elegant way of life.

El Paso ’s residents, however, are making sure that their city is not frozen in time.  Even as you sense the Spanish influence on the welcoming neighborhoods, you can also see that the designs are modernized, thanks to the established and growing community of home builders in the area.  This article lists all the best general contractors in El Paso, contractors who show us both the classic and modern designs this elegant historic city has to offer.
