The buyers wanted three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and high ceilings on the second floor, all of which were added by the firm. With such a big makeover, the firm was also tasked with installing completely new siding, windows, and system changes throughout the house. The main floor also got new doors, trims, and flooring.

The people who live in this featured home like to have parties, and, prior to the remodel by Gaspar’s Construction, the main floor of their house was made up of small, separate rooms. The brick stove was in the middle of the house, and walls came out to separate the kitchen, dining room, and living room. This was a layout that was not conducive for hosting family and friends. The resulting area, which the Gaspar’s team transformed, features a transitional design with a warm, warm, welcoming atmosphere.
